Supercell policies about xploits

Supercell is very clear about use of third party software like "X**m0d" and others popular exploits.

Technically, is possible to detect who are using the popular xploits. If Supercell do not permit the use of such exploits, so why do not punish who are using?

It's very clear that these forums are not meant to talk about this subject. Report suspicious activity from users in game, and let SC police their game however they want. People will ♥♥♥♥♥, I hope they get caught.

The Supercell rules for the forums clearly state,

Discussion or promotion of products, free gem, or third party gem sites, competitors' games, illegal activities, music/intellectual property piracy is strictly prohibited. This includes any discussions to h a c k, exploit or run any Supercell games outside officially supported platforms.

So please do not continue talking about the subject. :)
