Is it possible, or am I being crazy? :p

Did this guy just accidentally find the exploit and is now taking advantage of it or did he deliberately do it? Anyone know? Its just pretty interesting how he has the potential to completely ♥♥♥♥ the game up if he tells everyone how to do it.

I think they haven't fixed it because it's a critical hole in the coding that they didn't expect anyone to find.
They used it for the Dev ipads so that the 300 troops thing can happen.


And he found out about it.
Andthere's nothing they can do about it.

I can't imagine how one would gain access to an admin's server without Supercell's permission, assuming that he is in no way affiliated with Supercell, and assuming that they're called "admins".
