Completely max th9 or not?

I still need 3.21 M DE for Heroes and Spells (BK17/AQ15, 110K for 2 Spells) but I need almost 900M for walls (Not even counting the 7M for the 4th Dragon level or the 4M for the townhall upgrade)

But now .. what will I be able to gather first? Or the DE or the Gold/Elixir?

I'm planning on getting hero's to 20/20 walls to all lego with a lava core and maxed everything else.

From there I'll keep going till I can't fight the urge to upgrade any longer!

No plans here to go to TH10 anytime soon. I want to be completely maxed and this will give me a huge advantage going into TH10. It may take more than a year, but it'll be worth it.

I'm going to max th9 because th9 is the best th to war at and I will have the most fun so why not :)

The real question is can you? Or do you have the time to do so? I planned to do so, but i failed since i found it hard to balance walls and heroes upgrade. I also quit playing for about a month since i got really bored in doing so. Good thing, an update came (clan perks) which motivated me to play again and continue grinding. And in the end, I only maxed my walls and AQ, BK was only lvl25 when I upgrade to th10.
