International VS Country Set Clans

Hey guys. My clan is international, but I would like it to be set to Australia only, and here's why:

Country Set PROS:
Generally better co-ordination in clan wars
Everyone has the same time zone
Generally a more dedicated and loyal clan
Everyone speaks the same language

But CONS to country set:
Much, MUCH harder to recruit from one country.
(Are there any other cons?)

So my clan is currently international. It's a new-ISH level 1 clan. I would love to make it my country only, but it would be near impossible to recruit. Any tips for recruiting in one country?

Realistically.

You can be country specific but it takes much much longer to progress.
My own clan started as Australia only but we quickly shifted to International. Early on, we had little 14yo zealots asking people’s favourite AFL team and kicking anyone who couldn’t or wouldn’t answer and that didn’t help. You have to accept at face value and see if its a fit.

Your ideas on pros to country specific clans are a little misguided though.
My core has been together for 15 months now. Loyal enough ?
We live in 7 countries and 11 time zones, more when DST changes
Several people are mutlilingual and all speak english.
There are several shiftworkers so there is always someone around to donate, chat and co-ordinate. (It’s 1.20am as I type).
Leadership co-ordinates wars outside CoC and communicates to rest of clan with clan mail backed up with chat. No diff to being in the same time zone really.

I’m not trying to talk you out if Australia only but it will be a much harder path. Good luck.

I've set my clan to my country since I started it but this doesn't mean I don't accept people from other nationalities as long as they have the requirements. Setting clan location to certain country doesn't limit your recruitment as long as you build a good clan profile.

I put Australia in brackets because that's MY country. But any one set country clan has generally better co-ordination

On. Sorry bout that. I wrote the first thing before I went to bed and this thing this morning. I was tired -.-
So much for autocorrect when you are tired...

International clan has one way bigger advantage: you have a higher chance to get donations at any daytime.
While you get donations rarly after ~11pm to ~7am on country only clans, on the other hand (for not native english speakers) communication is easier.

COC is solo playing, the important interaction with clanmates starts at requesting donations, and that's where it ends again. Communication about attacks and stuff is a thing you can handle on a long term.
So there is actually no reason to have all in one timezone.
