Is sub 200 worth it?

If you look at how the cup system works it is extremely hard to gain cups on the top end and extremely hard to drop them on the low end. We all realize how hard it is for ppl to push into champions and beyond, but it's far less common knowledge that an established base will have an arduous task ahead of them if they wish to go sub 200. Also when your dropping if u log out once your gonna go up like 100 cups. Like others have said silver seems to be the sweet spot but I've had incredible luck around 800 as a th7. I would also recommend 1250 because lots of ppl push for it for the gems.
