Able to request for troops in global chat

No need to hop clans

Not good idea, don't trust strangers, everyone will give you goblins.
And never hop a clan.

There is merit in what you suggest as people want this and hop clans all the time to get better troops. Its not like allowing this would really prevent whats happening today. It would just make it less of a hassle.

But *IF* SC allowed this I would suggest there be no clan perks tied to these donations. No refund of elixir to the donor and no +1 level up of troops, even if both clans were level 5+. And the limit would be 5 troops, again no matter the clan levels involved.

But really - I suspect this would often be a source of frustration. Imagine you and someone else agree to exchange some troops. You request. But suddenly 10 people donate a bunch of lvl 1 wall breakers or gobs to you. Or worse, you agree to donate a max level 5 pekka in exchange for max level 5 dragon. You donate but then the other person doesnt.

I suspect SC would then be inundated with requests to allow people to attack those jerks, or take their troops back or any one of 1000 other requests that would only be spawned as a result of doing this in the first place.
