Unattacked war cc troops must back to village cc after war ...

Defensive war CC troops already get used for every defense. You want to get to use them yourself too? Potentially multiple times?

Just request for those troops in your normal CC request.

That wasn't clear in your original post. "Unattacked CC troops" could refer to a dragon that never came out of the CC because the attacker used all dragons - or only brought giants and barbs which can't target air.
