On the player profile page, split the war stars tally into two categories war stars total and war stars for current clan. It could be as a means of stature within a clan as a show of dedication.
This could also lead to an extra ranking or badge system a player can earn by staying in one clan, or by playing as mercenary. They could each have badges of recognition and rank.
