is it enough for a TH9?

No way! I want atleast half lava walls and I'd like my king and queen to be minimum 25/25. Also, I'd HATE having level 6 barracks...

You should really consider getting things up more before moving on. I'd max TH9 first. By max, I mean at least half lavas and 30/30 heroes. The only exception being if you manage to get all lavas before having 30/30 heroes and have all defenses maxed... then you might as well move up or you will be wasting all loot, except DE.

Don't do it, you will only regret it!

The more passive you are the more you should complete before moving on. Frequent attackers are not as punished so long as your attack troops have kept pace
