Inferno stopping Healing

I wanted to know how the Inferno stops the healing effect.

Does it only stop the healing effect on the ones it is targeting or the ones that are in it's radius?

Follow up question, How does Inferno cancel healing?

Does it mean that any unit targeted by an Inferno Tower will have healing cancelled on them (assuming a heal spell is dropped), or do you mean to say the damage by an Inferno Tower negates the amount of HP a heal spell can recover?

It blocks healing from any source whether healer or healing & does its regular damage

Hero abilities are immune to the heal block - your BK will still heal up. I am 99% sure of it.
