We did the Trial Run for this event called "Breaking the COC Bank" on Aug 14-16, ran pretty good. The goal for the real event is for a unified effort of clashers to ONLY TH snipe for the two day event. We have set the league level at Crystal and above (Crystal give DE in win bonus), if other leagues would like to participate that is fine. The ULTIMATE goal is clasher's uniting to fill everyone's storages with Super Cells gold, elixir and de, not yours or your opponents. Please help by getting the word out on global, social media, clan threads etc.

Rules
1. We are asking for CRYSTAL 3 to TITAN 1. ( edit from just Crystal due to popular demand by ALL HIGH LEAGUE'S PLAYERS, although I highly doubt any Titan will participate), any TH level, not many pushers or people that care about cups in Crystal, 70% clashers can reach Crystal, if other leagues wish to participate, by all means do. Would be an excellent time to push up to get the gems.
2. Worldwide event not sponsored by COC to show unity among players and is for the players benefit.
3. Event will be 2 days (48 hours) and will start at 0000 GMT September 5, 2015 and end at 0000 GMT September 7, 2015 (GMT- Greenwich Mean Time. i.e. 8am EST is 12 noon GMT)

4. TH will be placed undefended and untrapped on map with a "white flag" next to it to symbolize participation.
5. Full out attacks by participants on other participants not allowed, only snipes. This will show a 2 day unity among Clashers and the effort in a common goal of filling our storages. We can not publicly shame you on the forum, but we can elsewhere.
6. Break shield as often as you can to allow snipes and snipe as often as you can or need to do so. Try to keep a builder free so as not to overflow your storages.
7. After event ends, post your "snipe count" on thread. Try to do a before and after pic, that way we can tally up bonus loot off of it and get a good number to add to your post. In your profile, TH destroyed achievement.
8. This is not a surrender event, this is a Clasher Unity Event. We all need loot, if we work together, we will all get rich. We all upgrade faster and we can continue to organize more events like this one.
9. This IS within the COC TOS, we are promoting fair game play, teamwork and organization.
CLASHERS UNITE!!!!!!! at least for one weekend now and again.
The economics of this is simple. League Win Bonus does not come out of anyone's storages, rather it comes from COC. I will use Crystal 2 as an example, easy round numbers. Win bonus is 50k g 50k e and 200 de. 10 snipes gets you 500k g, 500k e, 2000 de. may take 5 minutes, you use no troops or elixir and may spend 20k in next hits. You can continue this pattern expending very little of your own loot in the process. Should you do a normal raid, you would spend between troops and spells around 150k e - 300k e, take 2 hours to build army and spells for a hit that gets you even on elixir and 200k ahead on gold and maybe 2k de minus an dark troops you used. This is simple math and low cost for high gain.

RULES and INSTRUCTIONS
Townhall OUTSIDE with WHITE FLAG in front or beside signifies you’re voluntary participation on this 2 days event we called WHITE FLAG ALLIANCE. (September 5-6, 2015). See picture format
As much as possible follow the format with townhall at the EDGE corner of the village with no gap surrounding the townhall (use some decorations) for participants could recognise easily you’re one of the participant.
We advise you to place townhall either at the edge RIGHT or edge LEFT of your base to help distinct easily when search. We discourage placing the townhall at the northern edge OR southern edge due to labels and troops selection icons covering it.
LEGAL and ILLEGAL
One of the instruction during the 2 days event is not only to snipe. The course of event may give us opportunities to full-on attack like usual multi-playing session we do IF the townhall base is only INSIDE. Again, INSIDE TOWNHALL are NOT participants yet we could raid/attack if oneself decide to raid with his full army. (LEGAL)
Let me just clear the rule of BREAK SHIELD NO FULL-ON ATTACK applies to those participants where OUTSIDE TOWNHALL with White Flag(participants) OR OUTSIDE TOWNHALL without White Flag(we call them REGULARS). FULL_ON attack for them is illegal and forbidden. ( ILLEGAL)
NOTE: After 5consecutive (HIT)modified to 1:1 ratio snipe OR few raid plus snipe, participants should LOGOFF to give way for others to snipe you then LOGON do the cycle through. THIS WOULD SUSTAIN THE GAME COURSE DURING THE 2DAYS EVENT!

Please limit snipes to a maximum of 5 before logging off to allow for others, break shield as often as possible when not sniping ( a 1:1 ratio IS suggested and preferred)
ANY TH camped inside bas is fair game for a full out attack
ANY TRAPPED TH, regardless of whether or not it has a white flag is fair game for a full out attack
Try to take before and after pics of your TH achievement, we can post later to see who had the most. If this goes well, will probably be around 1000 snipes....if you can hold that much loot.
FAQ
Q. I'm in Gold2 league could I participate too?
A. Sure why not, as long as you follow the required TH format as recommended and abide the event rules and instructions ....add/edit Crystal is recommended for the DE with win bonus.
Q. How many hit (snipe) before we should LOGOFF for others to snipe us?
A. Our recommended hit as for the moment(due to maybe few participants) is 5(five) HITS then participants SHOULD LOGOFF and give way for other to snipe us SO TO SUSTAIN the course of the event. Remember if we all not LOGOFF after some hits and just snipe all the way there would be NO more TOWNHALL TO SNIPE, KIND OF DEFEAT OUR PURPOSE.
Q. My TH is still NOT getting snipe, what should I do its been hours?
A. Ok, you may opt to continue sniping for 15mins and be sure to LOGOFF after that and do the cycle through.
Q. I don't see anymore TH out to snipe, just got 2hits while searching for an hour what should I do?
A. Try changing language, maybe we're too much saturating the English language server..... add/edit...although language server in no way determines which opponents you get, resetting the game by switching languages may help. You may try dropping a little or going up a little in cups, this may help too.
Q. What if the TH is trapped even it has a white flag beside it?
A. During the even participants should bring along with their test troops (couple of barbarian units and archer) so we could drop check if the townhall really is legit. If it is trapped then leave the base, let other dealt with them. add/edit....unless you are like me IGN: Blue Falcon, I am going to be carrying a full out attack army for just such occasions. I will destroy all but the TH just to make a point. Cheers!
Q. What about the trophy we lose if we surrender or leave in such case?
A. During the entire event we could easily redeem back those trophies even gain more in no time. add/edit....it may help you find more snipes.
Q. Can I raid both snipe at the same time so it would not be boring?
A. Sure, as long as we NEVER break the rules as given on LEGAL and ILLEGAL instruction... add/edit....if you wish to raid a NON-PARTICIPANT...by all means do so, not against the rules for you to crush NON-PARTICIPANTS
Q. Can I raid TH outsiders(what we call regulars) if ever s/he has lot of resources? Why?
A. NO! as stated in the legal and illegal statement this is illegal. Because the event main focus and objective is purely sniping as much as possible, yet we are primarily limit to get loot resources to/from Supercell hence the event. So we're discouraging this.
Q. What if someone and not participants does the sniping yet they do the same placing their TH outside and pose as Regulars? or even pose as participants
A. Well we would treat them as participants because they places also their TH outside for us to be snipe isn't it. add/edit....That is why you have the REVENGE option...Clash Away!!
Q. What if they don't break their shield as we do and keep on sniping?
A. This question is subject to all NOT only to those individual who usurp/assumed/pretend as participant. So the question is do we all pledge not to disavow our word to break our shield and follow the rules so hope not this to ruin our event ourself and kept sustain the whole course of the event. Just be diligent and stick to our goal, we can overcome those obstacle and we believe our quest has a cause later they will realiazed and will participate truly and would be among us.
Q. What if my resources is getting full and my TH is outside we are vulnerable for fully attack isn't it?
A. We advise you to have at least 3 builder's hut free one builder for walls and others for your upgrades, so too with your research lab to discourage raider.
