I'm not sure what they can do for you, but the only people who can advise you on this are the technical support staff which you can contact through your game.
Open the game
Tap on the cog/gear top left of screen
Tap on the settings tab (far left)
Tap on the first option - help and support
Tap on the contact button, should be top right of the screen, to start a conversation
cheers for info but when I go to settings and help an support I cannot see a contat us section :(
Can you see a list of topics? If so, you can go into one of the Derby topics and there should be a rectangle icon on the top right corner, or maybe a 'contact us' button at the base of the page? If not, at the bottom of the article where it asks if it was helpful you could try answering 'no' which ought to open up a conversation window for you.

That's a shame. I guess their logs just show that a task was trashed. :(
Maybe you'll get lucky this week and find some unlocked chests full of diamonds, I often find Hay Day seems to work on a karma basis like that. I hope you still do well in your race. Maybe you'll get a good horseshoe prize.
