I was planning on training on balloonion, so I want to ask if a max TH8 balloonion (24 loons and 40 minions) can take out a TH8 base with 3 lvl 6 ADs? (Also pls place recommended spell formation for this strat)

If the ADs are not centralized - yes
With centralized ADs it's hard even if they are level 5. Not sure if you're farming or trophy-pushing but I dont think you will 2/3 star a village with central TH and ADs with balloonion (if thats your concern)
Spells: I think 3 rages works best

At th8 I'd recommend 2 rage, 2 haste and poison. There are two main loon strategies. If ur going for one star loot, its surgical loons and minions to clean up. U need to count ur defenses that can lock on to you minions and make sure by drop enough loons to take them out. E.g., 2-3 loons per archer tower, 1-2 per cannon, and 2-3 from different directions on wiz tower. If ur going for 2/3 star and center of base you drop loons from outside in and minions right on their heels. Be patient with rage and heel. 2 haste to speed up balloons to on left and right of line and then one rage on the center of base.
