Im a maxed TH8 in Masters III. Typically when I face another TH8, Im never offered more than 7 or so trophies. Most of the time I'm only offered 1. But when TH8s in the same league attack me, they are offered 30+ each time. Whats the deal?

Trophy offers are based off attacker/defender trophy difference; not TH, level or anything else

If you are fairly high in teh trophy requirement for Masters 3, then most of teh TH8 bases yuo see will have significantly lower trophy count than you, so the offers will be unbalanced in their favour, both when you attack them and when they attack you.
