How about 8x Boost for 1 hour @ 10 gems?

I would like to see the option to choose between a "standard" boost of 4x for 2 hours and an 8x boost for 1 hour.

This would give advanced players an extra opportunity to spend money in a sensible way.

I would definitely use gems more frequently if I could build a huge army (on boost) in 15 minutes... but as it is now, I have to wait 27 minutes for AQ40 to recover (1:48 non-boosted!)... Cooking 5+ golems takes at least 33 minutes (boosted) and my spell factory takes 30-35 minutes boosted.

I see this as a win/win opportunity for both players and SuperCell. Sometimes a player doesn't have 2 hours to devote to the game but they might perhaps have 1 hour to boost. The 4x speed is great for lower-level players and for cooking small armies like Barch and BAM. But hot dang wouldn't it be fun to be able to practice war raids every ~15 minutes?

Please SuperCell, consider offering your loyal TH10 players an 8x boost for 1 hour for 10 gems. We'll thank you with increased gem usage.

When you are able to optimize your prep time for attacking it lowers their gem revenue. Working as intended

I would boost more often, as sometimes dont have 2 hours to attack. Or when building War Clan Castle troops.

I would like them to bring back 1 hour barracks boosts. If i remember correctly this was possible before being changed to 2 hours. 8x seems a bit too much though...

Agreed. I would love 1 hour 8x boost.

Lowering SC revenue is nonsense:
- People who gems will love doing continuous 8x boost (farm & push/war) = more gems per 2 hours
- People who doesn't gem will probably try the boost for a few times = more gems spent
- People who is addicted with 8x boost will spend even more gems = more gems spent
- People who usually do single 4x boost for 2 hours for war will probably do the same with a single boost for 8x = same gems spent (no loss)

The only drawback is the pusher will be about who gem the most (even more than now)

Considering you have no access to behaviour data, that's all conjecture and speculation. Why not also have options for 16x for 30 min or 32x for 15 min? Where do you draw the line? Oh wait, this is the internet and you can just assert that your speculation is fact, versus everyone else's speculation. Nonsense indeed

Doing 4-5 gowipes in an hour is a bit OP, don't ya think?

Not quite.

Originally barracks were boosted for 45 mins with 25 gems.
Changed to 4 hrs for 20 gems.
Later changed to 2 hrs for 10 gems.

As for this idea, I'd personally never use it. I find the current boost speeds too fast as it is. :o
