You're South African like me, so this is a easy one to explain. The Rand has weekend quite drastically over the last year (Due to our Political Economic struggle between in and exporting) and in most cases should a steady decrease in the economy take place, prices will increase automatically. This is not even decided by Supercell, this is done by a team sitting at Google head quarters up in Johannesburg.
