Hey, I'm new here but not new to the game. These are my bases. I've been a casual player for a while but looking to get more serious with attack strategies and defense since I've invested so much time into it. If I'm completely missing the mark on something or you have helpful links, please feel free to point me in the right direction.

Looks good.. But i think the barberian king can b replaced with a collector in the 2nd layer of the walls
Lack of compartment
Ad is exposed
Enemy can easily get to your storages
Few comments I have:
TH7 base:
- Move the Th to the corner, there is no reason to protect it when you are farming for loot.
- Move your CC to the middle of the base. Don't protect the exposed th with the cc troops..
- Move your king by the first layer of walls, don't leave him outside unprotected like that.
- Move your ADs closer to the centre and spread them out a little.
- NEVER put all your storages into a single compartment.
- Move the mines/collectors outside and use the extra walls to create better compartments for your base.
- Don't waste walls on the exterior of the base to create zones where the attacker cannot deploy troops. Create those zones with the mines/collectors from within the base.
TH8 base:
- Move your TH to the corner.
- Move your CC to the centre.
- Move the teslas from the TH, don't put them near an exposed th.
- Don't group all your storages into 1 compartment.
- Move your giant bombs inside the base.
- Move the mines/collectors out of the base.
- Put that tesla from the top-left inside the base.
