Yes it could be like "donating resources", however each bank has a limit of the amount of troops. You also can't take the ones you've put in, meaning only an alt can do so, and we already have alts to donate to us...

I will support , continue supporting and wont stop supporting the clan troop bank! it will help clans with different members based on login time.

Kowalski is right suggest it in his thread so he can come up with better solutions.
