After reaching Champs, I kinda lost motivation to go any further...

I'm an almost maxed TH9 in Champs-III. Move on up some more? champs-II?, I? Perhaps Upgrade to TH10? I dunno. Been saving TH10 in case I reach this point but then again, what for?

Wars? I can 3 star any TH9 & below and 2 star some TH10s.

Everything is same ol same ol. Raid, get loot, 2,3 star a war base, save 3 million for lavas day in day out etc...

Troops are getting old. Heroes are getting old. No new stuff. Same old attack strategies.

DE spells? It's exactly the same as the old spells, different but similar, so nothing new there.

They added new leagues. So what? Same thing, nothing new.

I'm thinking SC should introduce new troops/heroes ASAP to add more diversity into the game before more and more players lose interest. More walls. More cool defences. Make it harder to get that one star. Right now, achieving one star in MM is too easy with maxed troops and high lvl heroes.

I dunno....

Time to press that townhall to th10 and enjoy your new toys and max your tesla and xbows and other defenses...
Don't mind the league for now....I've been in and out of the champ league and sometimes hover just around and preparing to push later more I due time.... Right now just waiting to finished my 3xbows to maxed. Infernos both maxed already and having fun watching failed attacked on me. This would motivate more than staying on TH9 as per your status...

I got bored grinding walls and heroes at th9 where i stop playing for a month so i feel you
the clan perks way back then had encourage me to check coc again.

As for your league, for me, there is no incentive in going up higher.
