I don't know why but I always have so much trouble dealing with cc loons, not in war, but in farming...
my archers never seem to kill them in time, they always come up and bomb them, and then when one finally dies its death splash kills all my archers... also archers seem to have a particularly hard time targeting them also for unknown reasons... how do you guys deal with them?
Lure cc with a single hog. Upgrade your poison spell to level 3, this will leave about a quarter or more of their health left, plus it slows them down even more. Then, use your level 11 AQ to attack them from behind in the corner. Job done!
the thing is I don't want to use my aq, otherwise she won't go into the core and snipe storages and just get killed by a cannonQuote:

However...if don't have any suitable lure troops/buried CC, I'd just say never leave home without a poison.
Yes, archers seem to be the absolute worst at targeting heroes or CC troops (probably no different to anything else but seems that way), but a poison makes them so slow they rarely reach you.
If you're storage raiding with anything heavier than barch, Giants or similar should be able to take the 1 hit the loons get away, and/or death splash.
Slightly annoying that lv4 poison almost, almost kills loons. But not quite.
I've had this problem so I sometimes bring a dragon, lure to corner with hogs or barbs and use a dragon, loons can't hit dragons so take as long as you need XD
