I get this on various things. Like bees taking longer than milk to be ready to harvest or the Tom timing bug. It is random and SC is not responding to these bugs in this forum for over a month. So, no resolution and no response from the developer. Wish I had good news. I have the frequent crashing issue so it is buggy all the time to play for me.
I see that several items to include but not limited to personal train, Tom, bee hive, products, the boat and more. My boat takes approximately ~8-10 hours to arrive. Same with others noted. Is this bug being worked on?
Have you contacted the support team through the in-game settings? As it is a technical issue, only they can help.
