About beeing banned for coleaders changing clan description
Hi i recently saw a thread about it but it was closed ( http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...embers-actions ) . The answer about the TOS was answered by sneakymaori :

Where in the terms of service does it say you are responsible for the actions of another player?
Quote:
- Post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive.
Well its the OP's clan therefore the owner of it.
Ignorance is not bliss.
The responsibility to ensure the clan description doesn't breach the above portion of the current TOS rests with those trusted enough to edit .
Any further questions I can help you with ?
Kind regards
sneaky ( Clan descriptions , who knew ! ) maori
However i do not agree it violates the tos. Indeed it is clearly writen post.
I agree with

.
However as it is "post" , an action verb and not a passive state the one that didn't write anything didn't violate the Tos. If this article was written toward the clan itself as a moral entity and if the leader and co are indeed responsible of it, it would indeed breach the TOS. But as it is written toward the player, the player didnt post anything therefore didn't violate anything.
Thanks for helping me understand
