How should I attack this base th8?

I don't know which sub-forum to put this in so I put it in this. I really need help with this base I'm th8 And most of my troops are maxed except for the de ones. So how should I attack this base

Id probably use surgical hogs if I had to attack it first without knowing the GB spots.

Mass dragons with 3 rages. His air def are very close one to each other. Balloons can destroy them fastly
