Haste spell and Earthquake spell

Earthquake is really only useful against bases with tight compartments. Haste is useful with balloons.

No it doesn't.

It has a movement speed increase of 28.

Unlike rage, it doesn't affect attack speed at all.

Rage does not affect attack speed either, but it does increase the damage of the attacks performed.

You are misinterpreting the meaning of the haste stats. It boosts movement speed, not attack speed.
