Hey i am a th 10 and does anyone know of any good strategy for earthquake and/or haste spells, right now i only use them for a change up of pace but i haven't seen a good efficient strategy for them yet?

I just used Haste for the first time in war with lavaloon and it was awesome! Instead of the usual 4 rage spells I brought 5 Haste, 1 Heal, and 1 Rage (Only because I had it made and didn't want to waste it.) 3 starred an upper level TH 9 with plenty of time to spare. Usually I'm cringing as the balloons slowly creep around for clean up, but the Haste spells definitely helped to alleviate that.
I can't wait for my lab to free up to start upgrading it!
any luck with th 10 war raids and haste?
I use earthquake quite alot im th8 andbtakeing strong th9 with earthquake spells 1 poison and then 12 giants 3 healers rest wizs works really well
I'm still TH9 so can't say first hand since I don't attack TH10's in war normally. I assume that as long as you bring a freeze spell you should be fine. Having the greater number of Haste spells makes a noticeable difference when moving the balloons across the board to take out the defenses.
I think the haste spell is pretty lame. it is small and doesn't increase the attack speed. Earthquake is a game changer. 2 starring th10s is pretty easy now.
Earthquake is good for heavily compartmented bases. Use 4 to drop an 8 radius ring of walls. Troops can walk right in. However, jump is still better for some bases. AI seems to handle no wall(eq) better than jump though.
Haste is great. For loon armies, I use a mix of haste and rage. One thing people dont consider with haste, you can bring twice as many. Haste loons in, using it near the edges(layer 1->2) then rage where you want them to damage. My th10 loon army brings 4 haste, 2 freeze, 1 rage, 1 poison. You can haste an entire line of loons this way, bringing them in a lot faster.
Haste has also been a nice little bump for my golem attacks. Since most CCs have drag/hound now, poison isnt so important. With the extra slot, I bring haste. Flank as usual, then drop a haste infront of there you plan to deploy core crew. Golems/pekka/BK, witch skellies zip right in, easily getting ahead of everything.
