Go to War strategy for high lvl th9?

Also a max TH9 except for walls and heroes. I've been using 2 Golem, 12 Valks, 16 Wizzies, 2 Jump & 2 Rage. And Wizzies in the CC.

I've at least two stared 38 of 40 war attacks since switching to this army. Usually taking on the other clans top TH 9 or some times a TH 10. If all the AD's are tight in the middle I'll swap a valk and a some wizzies for some loons and get a 3 star sometimes.

Gowiva won't get you many 3's but its as close to an automatic 2 star as I've been able to come up with.

I'm stuck with GoWipe on th9s and always get 2 occasionally three depending on air defence placement and whether I take max loons in my cc. Gonna start using lavaloonian variants and goho soon though once I max troops
