Go to War strategy for high lvl th9?

I'm a max th9 (minus lava walls). Have Max troops other than drags. I average 2 star attacks in wars. It's a big deal when I 3 star. I'm the leader, so it sucks when I 1 star the number 1 and 2 star 2; then we lose by 1-2 stars. More times than not it comes down to my Attacks on top 2.

All that being said, what is ur GO TO war attack strategy? Also, do u lure CC?

Ive been having trouble running out of time when luring. Gowiwi lure and no-lure has been my best chance at 2-3 stars. Last war I only 1 starred a fellow max th9. AQ was killed to quick. Anyhow, what are Yall confident with?

My go to attack in war is gowiwi (3 golem, 7 witches, 11 wiz, 1 wall breaker) and I play around with the exact numbers depending on the base. It is a guaranteed two star and possible three against th9s. I recently tried a goho attack, and it worked wonders. I never lure, with goho the kill squad can kill the clan castle and queen relatively easily, and with gowiwi I also don't lure, the skeletons do a good job of distracting the clan castle if it's a high hp troop, or the poison will just kill it in the middle of all the action.

Any of the lavaloon strats even against lvl7 air def.. if the queen is 10 or higher, the cc cant be lured, an air def is in the same area I use golava. Sometimes I use quadlava, I've even used pentaloon.

Ive Never done 3 golems. U like much better than 2?

When you say "3 golem" do you mean 2 and 1 in cc?

I always have a max golem from my clan so should i take 2 with me to make 3 or take 3 to make 4?

Going to try my first gowiwi later in war, im normally a gowipe guy bust fancy a change with my queen undergoing surgery!

3 total golems is enough for th 9. But I'd suggest something like a goho for the future.

For air attacks, 4 lavas and 20 loons with air troops in the CC (minions or minions and drag). 3 Rage and 1 Heal or 2 Rage/2 Heal.

For ground attacks, I use a hybrid gowiwi.

3 golems
15 wizards
6 giants
2 witches
5 wallbreakers
6 archers
2 rage
2 jump
1 poison

Basically, place the two jump spells creating a path to the core. I lure with the giants if CC is lurable. If not, just send everyone in and drop the first rage as soon as enemy CC troops encounter yours. Drop second rage as needed (usually in the core to get the town hall). Use archers to pick off outlying buildings. Wallbreakers are handy if jump is misplaced or troops get stuck in a compartment.

This is my go to for sure. Just knocked out a 6-star war, both attacks being GoHo. I have videos of it on my YouTube channel (in my sig)

I use a max cc golem, 8-10 wiz, 27-29 hogs,2 witches, WB are queen dependent, 1-2 giants if CC lure is easy

Spells are either 4 heals, or 3 heals and a jump (again, depends on queen location).

It really depends on the base.

I'm a ground atker, so usually it comes down to 2 options:

-Gowiwi w/ backhand loons
-hogowiwi

Usually if one doesn't work, the other does. I need to improve my attacks but I have come close or gotten the 3-star always (except twice- both in same war lol).
