I didn't care to count the number, but I got a lot of level 8 walls. Since I have had all elixir and DE upgrades done for ages now, it got me a little closer to maxing out my walls for TH8 (which is all I have left)

A few zaps... Two army camps maxing, one xbow maxing, sitting on 200k de, waiting on builders. Two teslas maxing.

Almost 20 lava walls and queen from 33 to 34 (20k away from 35)

Couldn't tell you how many exactly, but did a lot of lego walls!
Definitely was less than half-way and now probably have around 100 left.
What a great week its been!

I got like 50 lavawalls and heroes upgrading 24/7.

I have been upgrading a lot of stuff. All of my 5 builders plus my laboratory have been busy and unidle the whole week except for maybe a few hours or so. I upgraded some defenses, including a few mortars to level 7, an air defense to level 7, an x-bow to level 2, and a cannon to level 11. I also upgraded a DE drill to level 6, a dark barracks to level 6, a BK upgrade, an AQ upgrade, and perhaps a few more I can't remember. It's hard to remember what I upgraded during the golden week and what I upgraded before the golden week.
EDIT: And a balloon upgrade to level 6.

Great Week
I got two level12 Archer Towers, a Level5 Sweeper, a level 3 Jump spell and a Level 22 AQ done. I was happy with the progress!

I only raid casually but I have maxed all of th9 collectors.

I finished my my lavas and started zaps.
And paid for lvl 34 BK... it was nice while it lasted!
