Hi have anybody else experienced that their Personal train has stopped working ? It want me to upgrade - I did try - but it still want to be upgraded.
I am town level 17 and so is my train - it takes 8 passengers and 1.30 hours.
I have not been into town for a long time but did yesterday and realized I could not use my Pt. anylonger.
I have send an report but would like to know if anybody have tryed it before.
Sorry if this is a silly suggestion, but were there definitely neighbours' visitors to pick up? If your neighbours or Greg do not have any visitors waiting for a train, then you won't be able to send your train.
yes there are passengers to get from my neigbors - and it stil does not work - even if I have tryed to log out, delete game and downloaded again.
Maybe there is something off on the device's date and time? What happens when you are in another player's town with people to pick up? You tap the train station and get the list. Are any or all passengers grayed out? Do you see the timer? Really strange.
It says you are on an Apple device. Have you tried the steps in the sticky thread on older iPad and iPod devices? Double tap the home button, hold one of the apps at the bottom until they start wiggling and have a red x. Tap the red x's until all are gone, etc. It actually solves many strange issues. I answered calls on Apple's technical support phone lines for over a year and this is what we did first. I have had it solve all sorts of game issues to even the device not charging when plugged in. No joke.
