Is the 1 week 1 gem boost suppose to be coming in at 4 times? Mine is not.

I thought boosts were 4X? I just times my max dark drill for 30 minutes and got 88 dark elixir out of it. If I was getting 4x, I should of had 200 dark in 30 minutes. Even at 2X it should have been 100 dark collected. Can someone verify this on what we are suppose to be getting?

Boosting a collector only doubles the production, not 4x the production.
