I just entered Th9 as I was a fully max th8 and I need your help to tell me the most efficient Troop to upgrade. I do war alot as I do farming alot so I what Troops should I upgrade and max first?

Giants from L5 to L6 is a huge upgrade. I forget exactly but in the order of 33% boost to attack and HP.
most others get 10% or so per level.
Unless you are a barch farmer. then do barbs and archers first, then Giants
I upgraded archers first and then balloons because my clan had started a trophy push. I don't regret it
If you seriously war, loons or hogs. Loons are one of the biggest jumps at that level (along with giants, which someone mentioned). While they are upgrading, unlock witches and then hounds. Fastest route to 3 starring th9s.
Giants First - I did archers near the end because it is only a small upgrade but dramatically increases their costs.
I did Giants first. I am just now doing Archers after I did Giants, Witches, Golems to lvl3, and Loons in that order. Maybe not the order people should follow but that is what I did. My next one is going to be Hogs to 5.
