I like it. It's pretty effective against low hp troops such as archers and wizards. Not that effective against high hp troops but it's still pretty useful when stacked.

Love it..I hardly ever use it on CC any more (in war) as always Dragons or Loons..However, save it for the core with a rage and all those bloomin skellies that distract the TH squad vanish in a red cloud..
Attacking me likes it, defending me doesn't :p
Like it when it comes to attacking and hate it when it comes to defending.:smirk:
It's a thumbs up for me! :smirk:
Regular Raiding - a godsent for Th10. Makes cc much easier to deal with but not pointless either. If you pack high hp troops into the cc they can still mess up a raid but at the same time they do not have the sheer stopping for of a few witches or all archers.
For War - really poison is just like lightening. As long as people put the try CC troops in their it negates its usefulness. Sure if they stick with wizards/archers/witches it will kick their tail but if you mix up troops with different speeds or put in high HP units its still a major factor.
After some experimentation I think for several strategies luring will still be very relevant to remove that chance the CC will kick your butt. However, I think having surprises in the CC just got more important.
Love it!
All those Maxed wizards who used to ruin my attacks in raids are no longer alive for long! Yay! :p
& There's no more need for taking extra troops to take out the CC troops! AQ is enough if it's a dragon. :D
