How to inforce clan war rules?

Im the leader of my clan, me and a friend built it he was leader and we grew from picking up people from global sometimes(rare) and people we knew or met thru xbox/playstation on the mic... ive gotten some from customers from my job. ANd then their friends...family. I boot who doesnt participate. I tell them red out if going to not be available, and green u may be put in war.If I dont get two attacks you get a warning, and i have a notepad with every members name. put lil notes and whose on warnings...if they dont participate, or talk in chat... i boot. i watch everyones replays and give tips in chat and make them rewatch their attacks. ive gotten a bunch of noobs th 5-6s and turned into beasts. they bought gems and i told em how to use em....boosting not just nonsense spending troops or leveling up a defense. my noobs are now some of my co leaders. have to enstill them before they will follow them.

I totally agree with yo, but my leader doesn't like kicking people.

In my clan, I'm the boss, and everyone knows it. They check in with ME, not another co, me, before every attack. I run a dictatorship, and people like it because it gives them bonuses. They know me well enough to know that getting me mad will end up poorly, and I have kicked cos before for poor war performance. You gotta show the clan who's boss, and not being able to kick is definitely going to hinder your ability to do so. The best advise I can give is leave and find a war clan if you like war, or try to get a really tight grip on your clan, anything else has failed for me.

Just tell them if they aren't going to be able to attack to opt out. Or get in a new clan

Kick people who do not attack. Try to recruit people you know so you can remind them to attack/teach them how to attack. Lastly be patient. Its easy to get annoyed during a losing streak. Stick with it.
