This has happened to every member of my team. We ask for help at our boat. Then we offer something at the store to get people to visit our farm to in turn help at the boat. The boat help icon disappear and no one is able to help.
In addition I have filled anothers boat only to have it empty and help icons removed and I am out all those goods!!!!
This is s huge glitch that needs addressed.

When this happens, you also lose getting the giftcards. I help dozens a day except those days I work an hour away. Many times I get four out of the five max and I know I helped 8-9 different farms at least. Items missing from my barn but I am shorted on the cards.
The first part of your post has been happening to several of us on the forum. But your other problem, is a first I have seen mentioned here. Did you ask the neighbor and they confirmed they didn't see your items added to their crates on their end?Quote:
