My friend has two account both of them ha the same name , Muhannad.
but, one of them is his borther's account.

he tried contacting the support and told them that it's an offensive word.
They told him that it's not an offensive word. Not only that, they told him that Muhannad means a sword made in India.

Anyways, He changed the name when the 1-time-name-change was introduced.

Try showing the support of the game that you get offended by people making fun of the name.
Maybe some screenshots to prove that.

Kind of off topic, but changing the name would cost them much less effort than Googling it properly ;)

I applaud you! The subject of the post says "girlfriend" and not "Ex Girlfriend"

The best recommendation for people that are satisfied with their original names and have the possibility of others accessing their devices/app is to rename yourself to your existing name, preventing unauthorized name changes to your account.

Once they let someone get away with a second chance, they've gotta start giving it to everyone, then there will be demand for third, fourth, fifth chances...

I have a solution.
You must now legally change your name to Singing Beaver and then recontact supercell.

Man come on gonna get rid off your account over a silly name change haha singing beaver is a brilliant name

This is exactly what everyone should do if they are happy with their name and want to prevent anything like this happening to them.
