Archer Tower and Cannon Accuracy
Just a thought on archer towers and cannons. Ever been impressed by how accurate they are? They never miss. But why? I think things would get interesting if these two single-target defenses had some limitations. The way I suggest to implement this is movement speed. If any attacking troop is moving at greater than 20 movement speed (effective speed, so rage and haste would be a factor) then the archer towers and cannons would not target them while they are in motion. I would rather have these defenses know their limitations and not waste shots, as opposed to have them simply miss outright. If a stopped troop is fired upon and starts to move, it would be hit. Again, no missed shots. Just the requirement that troops be moving at 20 or slower to be effectively targeted.
Before informing me that this would be OP, remember that every troop stops frequently to attack, and there are also lots of other troops potentially on the battlefield at any given time. Perhaps higher level defenses attain higher tracking speed. It's just an idea for a new dynamic.
OK, pile on people.
