New player rank within clan

I just came up with this idea.
Many people abuse the ranks and give out free elder and co leader which give nothing to look forward to if you join that clan.

My idea is were that there be another rank between coleader and leader were there is only a maximum that you can give out and is a low number like 2 or 3 at the most. That special rank between co leader and leader could be able to do special things but that would be your choice I have no idea for the special things.

Let me know about my idea please.
