Idea
I think there is the need to Manage the war in a better way.
I would propose to add a new role: “Strategist” (if you have a better name write in the comments)
Other names: "Head of War"
This role can be assigned in conjunction with the other Already existing: a player can then be either elder / co-leader / leader or Strategist. The strategists are chosen before starting the war and if they weren’t chosen then they will remain the previous.
Powers of Stategist
There can be one or more strategists in a clan (1 per 10 players in war).
He can:
- Remove anyone troops of the clan caste (only the map of war).
- Assign to each player of the clan war an advising target That will replace the one recommended by the game (perhaps highlighted with another color). It can be changed during the course of the war (to advise the second attack or even maybe Because the target has Already Been destroyed). This can be done Already in preparations.
- Write near an enemy village advice on how to do the best attack
- Choose the replays of the attacks / defenses That he thinks are best and will be highlighted in the "War Events" with a different color.

Conclusion
