How about a "Ready" button for everyone in clan war to click it as if they were set and ready for war,so if everyone was ready then clan status changes from "preparation Day" to "Ready" and if both clans were ready then war breaks out,so we save lots of time instead of waiting 24 hours for battle day.
I think the game gets more exciting with this ability.

Some clans don't care about XP ,they just wanna fight,they could start early with reduced or balanced XP.
Some just want XP so they can wait 24 hours like normal.
