I'm not bothered personally. As a TH9, I'm only using a Pekka with my GoWiWi attack simply because my Valkyries are only Level 1.
Using 3 Max Valks instead of a Pekka can sometimes be better, depending on the Attack strategy.
That's kind of the point...TH9s mostly DON'T use PEKKAs because for the most part they're inferior to level 1 witches. The only time I ever use them at all is when I'm going for 1 star against a high TH10 by getting 50% around the outside.
Adding level 4 to TH9 might make more high level TH9s actually consider using them, kind of like what just happened with level 4 dragons.
I think that would be great! I use GoWiPe mostly against TH10's in war when I have to face multi infernos. Lvl 4 would help
Off topic, but I've had success as a TH9 against TH10s with multi infernos using 3 golems, 4-6 giants, 4-5 witches, 14+ wizards, and at least a few wbs.Quote:

er...who uses GoWiPe at TH9 when a level 1 witch is more effective than a level 3 PEKKA?
It seems to me GoWipe has a very small space at the end of TH8 and beginning of TH9 before you move on to GoWiWi, Lavaloon, and now (I guess) level 4 drags.
GoWiPe isn't really a 3-Star attack, and you're lucky if you can even 3-Star a TH8 as a TH8.
TH9 GoWiPe is only good against TH10s, and there are many other strategies that TH9s can use TH10s and have success with. If you bring 5 Golems, they can use all of the beams of the Inferno, and your Raged up Wizards and Witches will make short work of them.
I Think GoWiPe is the best attack . I accept with this guy ... TH9 Must Have Pekka Level 4 !!! :(

Well.. I don't feel it's as simple as it sounds. The level 3 dragons were almost useless against th9 bases, nobody was using dragons anymore unless they were only going for 2 stars, which also wasn't easy to get. However, the pekkas are still more than capable of 3 starring a th9 base, even in the current conditions. If they would add the pekka 4 for th9, that might be too much for those bases, making the gowipe too powerful and the gowipe strategy overused due to it's effectiveness.
I think here is where the difference comes into play. GoWiPe for max TH9 vs TH9 is already a powerful army with a strong 3 star potential. More powerful PEKKAs might just make that too overpowered and hard to deal with for the th9 bases.
