I am a hood leader and one of my members has not recieved diamonds after taking part in the global event, he has completed 10 boats and is yet to recieve his parcel from the mayor. I only done 5 and have recieved 5 diamonds. He is not happy, what can I say or do as I feel this is very unfortunate.
