My th9 account is currently upgrading to 10. I'm running into lots of loot from the 1 gem event and would love to keep all of it but my storages are full!! Should I gem my town hall so that I can use the loot to help me get a good headstart at th10, or should I just wait it out. Btw if I wait it out the 1 gem event will be long gone.
Up to you. Is it worth it in your mind to pay thousands of gems (exchange rate of gems to USD is 100 gems to $1) to get some extra loot this week? Also, if you have any (and I mean any) walls that aren't level 10 then that right there is where you can be spending it. Tons of loot can go into those, assuming they aren't maxed.Quote:

Assuming you are indeed a maxed TH9 (including walls), you should definitely gem to TH10. Don't bother wasting those resources!
If you haven't upgraded your walls all to level 10: first, why are you going to TH10 and second, upgrade those walls and keep doing it until you get to TH10.
Would be helpful if we saw a picture of your base or the level of your defences and walls before telling you to gem in future :)
