Night and day, barracks usage, and builder

Night and day ( part 1 )
We need night and day depending on your time zone if it's 12:00 PM EST it would be night but 12:00 AM it would be day!

Barracks usage ( part 2 )
when you start upgrading your spell factory or your barracks you still need to use them like if your a TH 7 and you upgrade your only dark barracks you still need to use it but have a little clock with the time running down for the upgrade to end.

builder usage ( part 3 )
you need another hud, press the bar and it will bring the list and it will show the builders working and sleeping and if you don't have 1 or 2 builders then it will show the price.

Good idea but if you go to attack someone in a different time zone, would it still be night or day?

Agreed good job. Just don't understand what you meant with the end.

12:00 PM is noon...

Other than that-

2. So you want us to be able to use barracks when they are upgrading? That will never be implemented because the whole point of it being 'under construction' is it can't be used.

3. Please re word.

1. As David said, what happens if you attack someone else in a different time zone? Also, it will be hard to see things in darkness, so it would have to only be a light shade.

#2: The upgrade options allows more troops to be trained and unlocks a new troop.. I think the building can rest a little if it does this much. Not every building should be available under upgrade.

#3: I believe you suggest a menu to list the upgrades from the builders. In that case, they are ruled out:
