Level up achievement
for the current game format levels have no real significance. The main concern for levels will be for clans that are looking for certain level requirements for recruiting. My suggestion is to make a gem achievement for every time a player levels up. This doesn't have to be anything major. For lower levels lesser amounts of gems can be issued per level due to them leveling up more. Higher levels can receive more gems due to the levels being harder to achieve. Levels 1-25 5 gems per level. 26-50 10 gems 51-75 15 gems 76-100 20 level 101+ 25 gems per level. This doesn't seem unreasonable and players will still have the need to purchase gems.

If there was ever gonna be a reward for leveling up, I would rather prefer a reward for lets say getting to lv100, another reward for lv150 and so on, not every level since it is easy to manipulate your level.

I always liked this idea.. it would give a purpose to level up so why not? May it be every level or every 10..25..50 who knows.
