New idea! Dragon perch
You can unlock it first at town hall 7. It looks like a wide wizard tower with a large, flat top and a dragon perched on top. It costs 800,000 gold to unlock at first, and the dragon's appearance changes every 2 levels (levels 2,4,6,8,10) to the next dragon levels skin (so at level 6 the dragon will have a level 3 dragon skin). Here are the upgrade costs: level 2, 1.2 million, level 3, 1.6 mil, level 4, 2 mil, level 5, 2.6 mil, level 6, 3.2 mil, level 7, 3.8 mil, level 8, 4.8 mil, level 9, 6 mil, and level 10, 7.6 mil. (Tell me if you think these prices should change). Upgrades up to level 3 are available to town hall 7, Upgrades up to level 5 are available to town hall 8, Upgrades up to level 7 are available to town hall 9,and the rest are available to town hall 10.
There are 2 ways to defeat this defence. You can kill the dragon, whose hit points are the same as the level of dragon he represents, or destroy the tower, which has the same hitpoints as the wizard tower up until level 9, where it's number of hitpoints is 1,100, and at level 10 it has 1,200.
It has the same range as an archer tower, and once enemy troops are in range, the dragon will fly off of it's perch and attack troops exactly like a normal dragon would, and has the same stats again, as whatever dragon level it represents.
The perch's appearance changes with the dragon, with it starting as the same colour as a level 1 wizard tower, then changes to a darker gray at level 2, gains a couple of thin lava streams coming down the sides of the tower at level 4, The streams get wider at level 6, at level 8, a grate appears in the middle of each stream, with the lava parting to the sides when it hits it, then forming back together beneath the grate, and finally, at level 10, fire starts billowing upwards out of the grates.
You also only get one of these throughout the entire game (tell me if this should change as well).

Sounds like a cool concept, but I don't know how I'd feel about facing 2 dragons if one was on the tower, and one in the cc. It would be a big strength to defense and could really change game play (which is always interesting) but could really swing the balance of the game out of wha.ck.
Crack open photoshop and make some pictures for this.

That would be cool. But the dragon on the perch should have 2/3 HP and DPS of the level it is or else it would be very OP.

unless the dragon's HP and DPS were severely nerfed, this would be way too OP imo

Sounds like a good idea, but I think Archer tower range is a lot for a defense like this, I'd say more the range of inferno towers or wizard towers. Max you could have is 2 or 3. I like this idea though, but sounds like it would be just another defense to get rid of the possibility of using balloonion.

Should be in the ideas forum. Could be helpful for th7s and th8s, though I think it'd be way over powered for th9/10. Already tough to get three on those, this would probably make it nearly impossible on a maxxed base.

Nerfs
So based on the responses I got, I agree that it would be a good idea to nerf the DPS and it's health.
maybe lower the DPS by 30 and the hitpoints by 200? Tell me if this is too much or too little. And maybe decrease the range to something between archer tower and wizard tower (don't want the dragon to be too close to the perch).

I like it! Would definitely need some nerfing but it would change strategies a lot and people would need to bring archers and wizards to the battle more often!
