Fix the matchmaking

Seriously SC, this is getting crazy. The game is rigged to make it very difficult to climb up in trophies. We have a guy in our clan that was hit by a guy 900 trophies below him last week and just today it was 1200 trophies below. 1200! Thats insane and shouldn't be allowed. How is it fair or just that a guy in Masters 1 can hit a guy mid Titan 3 when the Titan can't even find other Titans to hit. I have emailed so many times on this. It's broken. Fix it. I get that there aren't a lot of bases up in Titans and people might see a bunch of 1 or 2 trophy offers for champs, but then the low bases shouldn't be able to be hit by someone clearly nowhere near their league.

Any proof? That seems pretty ridiculous, and doubtful.

It gets tougher the higher you go. That is the point.

Let me guess, was he a th8 trying to push to Champions/Titan?

Yes, it should get tougher the higher you go, but because of the more powerful bases you're going to have to attack..NOT because someone attacking you for 50+ trophies because they are 1000 cups below your league...

Titan was at 4300. Masters 1 at 3069

No, the bases are largely the same from 2600 up to 5000k+ (yes I know, walls and heroes). What changes is how much people care. Most any of us can find a way to at least 1 star a TH10. The game is designed for the active to prey on the inactive. I think it is a great system until too many people are too serious about it. That is what you see in champs and higher. It is tough because you are competing against other dedicated people. It has nothing to do with attacking tougher bases.

No just a maxed TH9 participating in a clanwide push. Does that matter?

Was it a revenge attack? I know I yoyo up and down between gold 1 and 3... My biggest revenge attack was for about 64 trophies.

The funny thing is that if they narrowed the target range, the Titan players would probably see MORE sensible targets, not fewer. From all the comments it sounds like the main reasons that Titan players are sitting in the clouds with nothing to attack is because the available Titan targets got offered to people hundreds lower (because there are so many more people down there). Just tweaking the target range could significantly improve the playability - at least until the very top.
