Make dark elixir storage immune to lightning spell

It's really frustrating that no matter how well I defend my dark elixir storage from attacking troops, all someone has to do is drop some lightning spells on it and take more than a full day's worth of production. There are lots of players that are only doing that when attacking so it does no damage an I receive no shield. I've lost more than 1,000 dark elixir in one day from multiple people using that "strategy" and it's getting very frustrating. I've been trying to save up for a barb king upgrade for weeks and haven't been able to get there. The recent addition of hit points for the storage was nice but its not enough.

I love otter pops but hate your idea.

The HP boost is enough, lightning is a critical part of the game. It sucks but you'll just have to deal with it.

Deal with it bud everyone has the same experience it's annoying but you get on with it

did you see that episode of the simpsons where the germans take over the nuclear plant?

I liked that episode.

in case you are wondering i ignored your cry baby idea and made up my own conversation, do you know whats more likely than getting lightning thieves? getting your town hall hit by snipers while it is undefended, just do that and they cant touch your dark for twelve hours. cos nobody leaves a th thats undefended. and in case you say you are pushing, if you are crying about losing 1000 dark then you shouldnt be pushing that far cos u not ready, go lower where they dont have dark collectors and farm till you have enough, 1000 dark in a day? i wish i was back at the time where it was 1000 a day i use five times that amount on troops a day.

i have an idea make it so that when de is hit with lightning it take from the de count but gives three time the zapped ammont in normal elixir

How about splitting the DE storage info nine little 1x1 storages, each with one ninth the HP and one ninth the storage.

So would I have to purchase and upgrade each one separately, for 1/9th the current costs? I could have 2 level 1 storages, 2 level 2, 2 level 3, a level 4, a level 5, and a level 6?

ill say the same thing i do to everyone that cries about DE lightning. everyone i know did it at TH 7 and hates it done to them at TH 9 or 10. fact is if your getting zapped ur either not ready to push DE or you are trolling low trophies to avoid being attacked by ppl your strength. either way get over it and stop whining about it.
