Mana-a-mano: ZachUVA vs TimTheEnchanter

Well my base seems to be a magnet for forumites of great reputation as of late. This morning i got an alert that ZachUVA had pillaged my village!

i havent yet returned the favor but i will be doing so later tonight. Ill attack with my standard army plus the king/queen and 1 spell to keep it an even playing field.

Given my past performances he has nothing to worry abou.

Your builder hut compartments are ineffective as the t-junctions are flawed.

Ouch, so close to the gold. He managed to break the core but no more troops were available. At least he did not lose trophies.

I know, if i get some time I'd like too rework them to try and make them a little less prone to dual compartment breaching, but for now ive run out of walls. Ive found that most people don't have any idea how to take advantage of those types of junctions though. When i finished the design i expected them to be exploited often but replays just havent shown that to be the case.

Yeah, I really wish I had some giants and wbs with me. I use that army mainly to farm collecters and bases with ♥♥♥♥ defenses, because it doesn't fare as well otherwise. :p

I think zach knew his army wasn't ideal, but he attacked anyways for the challenge and sport of it which I think is highly commendable, these mano-a-manos are fun! Considering he had no wall breakers i think he did well to breach the core, and he deftly lured the cc without incurring much damage nor wasting a lightning spell.

Not a bad try... I would have cleared out those mines with archers and waited untill the core was open, then gobs+rage if u had another one. Good luck tim. Try 'n get more then six gold this time :p jk. This will be interesting, cant wait to see the out come.

Luckily i have set the bar for expectations quite low. I wish someone with an underdeveloped th8 would mano a mano me...

It was an awesme revenge Tim. Sorry about not having much elixir on hand, though. I had started an upgrade in the lab earlier and wasn't thinking. :(

Mmmm that's one tough base to crack with a farming army. You should have brought a couple Wizards or something.
