Excessive Kicking

Could you get banned for joining a clan, getting coleader and kicking everyone else who isn't a coleader/leader? Saw bunch of posts about people doing that and mods and others are saying variations of "sucks to be you, dont be so stupid and hand out coleader, your fault" but a while back I remmeber twister saying something about you could get banned if you went and did that because it was "malicious kicking..."

Nope. Nothing wrong with that.

A co-leader is a leader of the clan and has every right to kick whomever he wishes out of his clan. This is why people say to be careful who you promote to co-leader.

You can't get banned for this but people might be mad at you, but no if you are promoted to co leader you cannot get in trouble for kicking people, except for the leader might kick you out.

Good, that post by twister I once saw wasn't my imagination.:D

He said its against the spirit of the tos and you can get banned for it.

If you manage to kick the leader or another co-leader, then something is fishy and you could be banned. Co-leaders can't kick equal or higher ranks.

Just to clarify. Twister said that after someone was banned for kicking and showed their ban message. Everyone thought he was trolling until twister said something.

Nope.

It's leader/coleaders responsibility not to give away promotions.

If some random player join a clan and the leader/co make them coleader instantly and that person kicked everybody, he didn't do anything wrong. He did what the title of coleader allow him to do.

That twister post you talk about it is old. really really old. Lastest posts of mods about this topic always stated what I explained above.

In my opinion Supercell should not care about internal clan business. If a co thinks half of his members should be kicked because they suck at war or are inactive and shohld be replaced, it is his right to do so. It is the job of the leader to promote the right guys. The title co is for sharing the leadership of a clan. Elder is for some players that can help with recruiting. If you promote everybody above 50 donations to co it is your own fault.
