I was able to take olive oil task at lvl57 but I cant make them untill lvl60

The same thing happened to one of my neighborhood friends today. She picked a potato bread task when she was not at the level to make it yet.

Same with the yogurt smoothie task. I am level 66 and it doesn't get unlocked until level 70. I didn't select it but it is selectable.

I reported it using the in game feature (with screenshot) and I got a reply that indicated that the person didn't understand the issue at all. They said they "checked [my] logs" and "everything looks fine" and that I had "completed all [my] previous derbies." Huh??
